Terms and Conditions

  • Applicants for clinical cases categories must be registered to attend AMWC 2024 in Monaco (27-28-29 March, 2024).
  • Applicants for products/devices categories must exhibit at AMWC 2024 in Monaco (27-28-29 March, 2024) and pay contest fees to enter the competition. Non-exhibiting companies are required to pay a special fee to enter the competition.
  • Submitted products must be CE and/or FDA approved.
  • The submission of any entry automatically constitutes the applications acceptance of all AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards terms and conditions.
  • Applicants may apply to any category and compete for multiple awards, but must only submit one application per category (clinical cases).
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Submitted materials will not be returned to the applicant.
  • The AMWC Aesthetic Awards committee have the right to judge the eligibility of each candidate, at its discretion, and to disqualify any application that does not meet the standards require
  • After the entry closing date, applications will be evaluated and winners in each category will be chosen by a voting process.
  • All photos must be the applicant's own materials with no editing or digital enhancement (clinical cases). Photos must be of high resolution and submitted as jpg or png files.
  • The applicants agree to allow use of name and photos by The AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards and its Partners without further compensation. Submission of an entry to the contest automatically constitutes the contestant's acceptance of all conditions set forth in these rules.
  • Applicants are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all patients shown in photos prior to submission of the application. The AMWC Aesthetic Awards hold no responsibility for entries submitted without properly executed photo release.
  • The AMWC Aesthetic Awards reserves the rights to amend deadlines or suspend the contest at any given time.
  • The AMWC Aesthetic Awards committee reserves the right to modify sub-categories (remove or add) to accommodate received applications and to re-assign entries to new sub-categories where necessary.
  • In the event any tampering of the entry process, plagiarism or foul play is detected, the AMWC Aesthetic Awards committee will disqualify the relevant application, at its discretion.
  • In fairness to all applicants, The AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards committee cannot discuss the contest by phone, mail or in any other way with the contestants.
