How it works
- Candidates can submit only one application per category at a time. You may apply to multiple categories, each with one corresponding entry.
- Each clinical case will be anonymously considered by the AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards jury and voting from a jury of your peers.
- The winners will be awarded based on the following:
- Originality, creativity and innovation
- Accuracy and clarity of the written presentation
- For Physicians: the effectiveness and standard of treatment
- For the Industry: insightful research of the product/treatment that demonstrates its effectiveness and value

- Applicants must be registered to attend AMWC 2025 in Monaco.
- Complete and submit the online application form including a short personal bio, descriptions for your clinical case (diagnosis, method, etc.), photographs of the results and any other scientific material you feel is relevant.
- Candidates must accept the AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards terms & conditions.
Industry
- Exhibit at AWMC 2025 in Monaco and pay contest fees to enter the competition.
- Complete and submit the online application form including a short company bio, description of your product, provide photographs and any other scientific material you feel is relevant.
- Candidates must accept the AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards terms & conditions.

- Nominees will be narrowed down to three per category through peer/jury voting. The final nominees and winners will be unveiled at AMWC Monaco in Room Camille Blanc on March 27 at 5:30 p.m. Make sure to join the AMWC Awards Ceremony!
- There will be one winner per category, totaling 13 winners among Physicians and 12 for the Industry.
- Nominees and finalists will receive a certificate of acknowledgment.
Product/device entries are evaluated on:
- Application Quality: Clear and comprehensive information.
- Clinical Evaluation: Convincing clinical data.
- Market Access Approval: Proof of market approval, including references and studies.
- Innovation and Advancement: Innovation level within aesthetic medicine.
- Clinical Efficacy: Effectiveness demonstrated through results or patient satisfaction.
- Professional Endorsement: Potential professional interest in the product/device.
- Price-Performance Ratio: Value assessment based on price and performance.
For clinical cases, the criteria include:
- Application Quality: Clarity and adequacy of information.
- Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Decision: Evidence-based support.
- Consideration of critical clinical information.
- Appropriateness and Safety of Treatment.
- Optimal Clinical Outcome.
- Voting is open to all professionals in the Aesthetic Medicine Community who have attended an Informa Medical Aesthetics event, including AMWC, VCS, The Aesthetic Show, and FACE, as well as members of the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society that supervise the AMWC scientific program.
- Finalists can vote but not in their nominated categories.
- Votes from new profiles or by friends or family of participants are excluded to maintain voting integrity.
- The AMWC Awards are determined through a combination of jury and attendee votes. A panel of 77 jurors evaluates entries based on specific criteria, while attendees also have the opportunity to vote for their preferred entries.
- The organization and its members have no influence over the outcomes. Jury and peer votes are weighted differently, with a preference for jury decisions. Results are calculated automatically.
- Clinical cases and Products/Devices are evaluated within their respective categories and peer/jury voting concludes on February 29.
- Votes can be cast through the official AMWC Awards platform by clicking on the following URL:

- Only votes from current or previous attendees will be considered.

- Review and rate each case on a scale from 1 to 5 stars.
- Submit your vote and proceed to the next case.
