General Provisions
(applicable to all applicants)

• The submission of any entry automatically constitutes the applicant's acceptance of all AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards Terms and Conditions.
• Applicants may apply to any category and compete for multiple awards.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Submitted materials will not be returned to the applicant.
• The AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards Committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each applicant, at its discretion, and to disqualify any application that does not meet the required standards.
• After the entry closing date, applications will be evaluated, and the winners in each category will be selected through a voting process.
• Applicants agree to allow the AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards and its Partners to use their name and photos without further compensation.
• The AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards reserves the right to amend deadlines or suspend the competition at any time.
• The AMWC Industry Awards Committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of each application and to disqualify any submission that does not meet the required standards. In such cases, any entry fees paid by the applicant will be fully refunded.
• In the event of any tampering with the entry process, plagiarism, fraud, or other misconduct, the AMWC Industry Awards Committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the relevant application. In such cases, any entry fees paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
• In fairness to all applicants, the AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards Committee cannot discuss the competition by phone, email, or any other means with applicants.

Clinical Cases Categories

• Applicants must be registered to attend AMWC 2027 in Cannes (1–3 April 2027).
• Applicants may submit only one application per Clinical Cases category.
• All photos must be the applicant's own work and must not be edited or digitally enhanced. Photos must be high resolution and submitted as JPG or PNG files.
• Applicants are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all patients shown in photos prior to submitting their application. The AMWC Aesthetic Medicine Awards accepts no responsibility for entries submitted without properly executed photo releases.

Products/Devices Categories (Companies)

• Applicants must exhibit at AMWC 2027 in Cannes (1–3 April 2027) and pay the contest fees to enter the competition.
• Any incomplete application submitted after the deadline will result in the cancellation of the entry, with no refund of the registration fees.
• Non-exhibiting companies are required to pay a special fee to enter the competition.
• Submitted products must be CE and/or FDA approved.
