General

• Submitting an entry means accepting these terms.
• The Innovation Lab is open to companies with an innovation in aesthetic medicine, longevity or technology, at any stage of development. One entry form and one entry fee per innovation.
• Applications must be complete, in English, and submitted by the deadline stated in the entry form. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Submitted materials will not be returned.
• The AMWC Awards Jury selects the companies for the live Innovation Lab and the winners. Its decisions are final. Results are announced on the date stated in the entry form. In fairness to all applicants, the jury and the Innovation Lab team cannot discuss the assessment of any application with applicants.
• AMWC may disqualify any ineligible or fraudulent application, without refund.
• Applicants certify that their information is accurate, that they own the rights to the material submitted and that they have the consent of any patient shown. AMWC may use this material in its communications.
• AMWC may change the deadlines or the format, or suspend the Innovation Lab.

Fees

• The entry fee, as stated in the entry form, is due on submission.
• Selected companies confirm their place in writing by the date stated in the entry form; otherwise, it may be reassigned. They then pay a second installment, as stated in the entry form.
• All fees exclude VAT and are non-refundable and cannot be converted into a credit.

Selected Companies

• Selected companies present a 15-minute live session at AMWC, on the dates and at the venue stated in the entry form. Sessions may be filmed, and AMWC may use the footage.
• Each company is responsible for complying with the regulations that apply to its innovation.

Partners and Badges

• The official partners see part of each application, are bound by confidentiality and take no part in the selection. They may contact an applicant only with its consent. Partner access can be withdrawn at any time by submitting the contact form.
• The "Selected" and "Winner" badges may be used for 12 months, for the entered innovation only. They must never be presented as an endorsement or a regulatory approval.
